Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact customer service as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

We understand that placing an order is an important step toward receiving your desired product. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances that may require us to cancel your order before dispatching the goods. We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following situations:

  • The product is no longer in stock, and we are unable to restock it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The product fails to meet our quality standards during our final inspection.
  • We are unable to process your payment for the order due to technical or other issues.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the amount paid. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in GBP and include VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

We accept payment through PayPal, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards,  Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

All payments for product must be made in advance before We can dispatch the products to you.

If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach you or the issue cannot be resolved, your order may be canceled.

We do not store your payment details on our website.

Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of payment methods will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Delivery

Our aim is to send out your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Please note that orders must be placed before 2 pm, as we dispatch Monday to Friday before 2 pm. Our dispatch services are not available on weekends due to the closure of delivery services.

We aim to provide you with the best possible service. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery option you select. We use Royal Mail 24 Hours Tracked and Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked for all our orders. Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 1 working day if you select Royal Mail 24 Hours Tracked, or within 2 working days if you select Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked.

Delivery may take longer if you live in a remote area or during busy times like holidays. Rest assured, we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by factors outside our control, such as postal strikes or delay by Royal Mail delivery guy.

If you haven’t received your order, please wait 7 days before we resend it. In rare cases, Royal Mail may take up to a week to deliver. If you have any concerns, you can contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we will help resolve the issue.

Please make sure the delivery address you give us is correct and complete. If you give the wrong address and your order gets sent back to us, we will only refund the price of the product — not the delivery cost. We will refund you after we receive the parcel back.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. Sometimes, if no one answers the door, the Royal Mail delivery person may leave the parcel with a neighbour or place it in a bin, garden, or another safe place. In some cases, they may leave a red card note with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or where the parcel has been left. Please check around your property carefully before contacting us.

In cases where the customer did not open the door, was not present to receive the package, or any other failures in delivery due to the customer’s actions, we are not responsible for the non-delivery of the package.

6. Returns and Refunds

We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your order before it’s dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order before the products have been dispatched, you can contact us by telephone or email, and we will gladly assist you with the cancellation process. Please note, Refunds typically take 5-10 business days.

If you get damaged or wrong items because of our delivery mistake or incorrect description, you can exchange them for the correct ones or ask for a refund for the wrong items.

If you choose to return items you’ve purchased simply because you’ve changed your mind, please be aware that our Terms and Conditions do not allow for refunds in such cases.

The content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors.

You may not use, reproduce or distribute any content of our website without our express written permission.
