— We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by factors outside of our control, such as postal strikes or delay by royal mail delivery guy.
— Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
— It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If a delivery attempt is made and you fail to open the door or are not available, the Royal Mail delivery person usually leave a red card note. The red card note will contain instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or information on where the parcel has been left (e.g., with a neighbor or in a safe place such as the back garden).
— In cases where the customer did not open the door, was not present to receive the package, or any other failures in delivery due to the customer’s actions, we are not responsible for the non-delivery of the package.
